Photobucket I'm an 18 yr-old girl who looks 22 but is really 12 at heart. I have turned partly Korean since I can remember. A proud narcissist. I write about random stuffs and about myself, but well, mostly about myself. I'm a Broad Comm student that has fallen in love with the world of advertising. I have a J fetish but I won't tell you why. And lastly, I think I'm awesome. What do you think? :)

    Couch potato day.
written by Macie Chavez on Saturday, November 28, 2009 at 2:45 AM
Oh-kay. Today is semi good and bad. I feel bad because I had a major headache. My sister says that it’s because of my flu. I just want to sleep all day. But my sister insisted that I get on the couch and join her. Good thing that Star Movies was having some sort of X-Men maratahon. I love X-men. I like Night Crawler and Kitty on the X-men evolution cartoons but I love Rogue and Mr. Iceman Bobby Drake in the movie.

I just found out that Bobby Drake’s bro is the same guy as Sebastian Hasting from the movie She’s the Man. That is so cool. I mean I didn’t recognize it until now. Maybe it’s because I don’t pay that much attention to him. I never really liked his character in both movies.

After the X-Men marathon in Star Movies, they showed Penelope. I really loved the movie. I was really touched that I cried at the end. They don’t even have a kissing scene and I still love it! OMG, that’s really first for a girl who love kisses at the end of the story. It’s still a cute modern day fairytale movie. I take that back. I just downloaded the movie 'cause I super love it and saw that there's a kissing scene. I love it. It completed my day. James McAvoy is love.

Here’s the plot taken from yahoo movies:

A modern day romantic tale about a young girl's inspiring journey, a mysterious family secret and the power of love. With all odds against her, in order for Penelope to break the family curse, she must find true love with "one of her own kind." The warm and funny adventure leads her to realize the most important life lesson, "I like myself the way I am."

Penelope Wilhern, born to wealthy socialites, is afflicted by the Wilhern spell that can only be broken when she finds love. Hidden away in her family's estate, the lonely girl meets a string of suitors in her parent's futile attempt to break the curse. Each eligible bachelor is enamored with Penelope and her sizable dowry... until her curse is revealed. Lemon, a mischievous and eager tabloid reporter wants a photograph of the mysterious Penelope and hires Max to pose as a prospective suitor to get the shot.

The handsome down-on-his luck gambler finds he falling for Penelope, but not wanting to disappoint her or to expose his surreptitious ways, he decides to disappear. Fed up by his latest betrayal and determined to live life on her own terms, Penelope breaks free from her family and ventures into the world alone. She finds adventure and Annie, her first friend and becomes the person she was meant to be.

And yes, I recognized yet another male star. I recognized it right away because I loved his character. He’s James McAvoy. I really loved him in Narnia as Mr. Tumnus and loved him even more in Penelope.
